Most of us have heard about the classical Hero’s Journey, and sometimes, we wonder if we are on that journey and where the finish line is. The first thing we need to know to achieve our goals is to establish where we are going. The second set of instructions that needs to be clarified is where we are about our goals. Only then can we decide which path to take.

 The path of Self-Individuation allows us to find our unique traits and nourish and respect them so that we can bring our individuality and creativity into the world, often identified as purpose. A flower doesn’t need to be taught how to be a flower, while for humans, evolution in the socio-economic environment, family upbringing, and life experiences can determine a distorted vision of who we are.

 Crystals don’t need to be schooled to accomplish their function in the grand universal design; they are nature’s signposts through the journey, and looking at their evolution and working with them allows us to reflect on our journey.
